Our Mixed martial arts training is true mixed martial arts and contains elements from many fighting systems. We incorporate physical training, reflex training, body conditioning and mental training to enable you to become all you can be. This style of training is ideal for people who wish to have a more relaxed environment towards etiquette, want to get fit or lose weight. This style of training suits people who work in security or are in situations where self-defence knowledge and training is a must.
Classes in Mixed Martial arts are Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30pm til 9pm (£5 on the door to non Ninjutsu Members)
