Our Kick Fighting training is for fitness and martial skills based training. It contains elements of body conditioning and exercise. This style of training is ideal for people who wish to have a more relaxed environment towards etiquette, want to get fit or lose weight. This style of training suits people who work in security or are in situations where self-defence knowledge and training is a must.
Classes in Kick Fighting are Mondays and Fridays 7pm til 8:30pm (£5 on the door to non Ninjutsu Members)
